Legal
Privacy Policy
Effective date: 4 November 2026. This policy explains how Skysoclear Ltd collects, uses, and protects the personal information of people who visit our website or engage with our services.
- 1
Who we are
Skysoclear Ltd is a product and design leadership practice registered in England & Wales (company number 12697667). Our registered address is 20 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU. We are the data controller for the personal information we collect through this website and in the course of our services.
- 2
What information we collect
We collect information you provide directly to us — such as your name, email address, company, role, and the details you share about the decision you're facing — when you submit an enquiry about the Build Loop or Build Loop Enterprise. If you tick the optional box to hear from us, we also record that you have consented to receive occasional updates. We collect usage data through PostHog, configured in cookieless mode (in-memory only): no analytics cookies are set, and no individual is tracked across sites. This includes anonymised recordings of how our pages are used — scrolling, clicks and mouse movement — so we can see what's clear and what isn't. Anything typed into a form is masked and never recorded, and recordings are deleted after 30 days.
- 3
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, arrange a call, and deliver our services. Where — and only where — you have given your explicit consent, we may send you occasional updates, which you can unsubscribe from at any time. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share information with the service providers listed below solely to operate our website and deliver our services, under appropriate contractual and confidentiality terms.
- 4
Legal basis for processing
We process your personal data on the basis of your consent (where you have submitted a form, and separately for any marketing updates — which you may withdraw at any time), our legitimate interests in running, securing, and improving our business, and the performance of a contract where we have agreed to provide services to you.
- 5
Service providers we rely on
We use a small number of trusted providers to run our website and deliver our services. Each processes personal data only as needed and under contract: Supabase (database storage), Vercel (website hosting), Resend (enquiry and, where consented, update emails), Attio (customer relationship management), PostHog (cookieless product analytics, EU region), and Cloudflare (bot protection — see below). Some of these providers are based outside the UK/EEA; where personal data is transferred internationally, appropriate safeguards such as UK/EU Standard Contractual Clauses are in place.
- 6
Bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)
To protect our forms from spam and automated abuse, we use Cloudflare Turnstile. Turnstile analyses technical signals — such as your IP address and browser characteristics — to distinguish humans from bots. It does not use tracking cookies and is not used to profile you or track you across sites. Cloudflare's handling of this data is described in its Turnstile Privacy Policy at cloudflare.com/en-gb/turnstile-privacy-policy.
- 7
Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including providing our services, complying with legal obligations, and resolving disputes. Enquiry data is retained for up to 3 years. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
- 8
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request erasure of your data, object to or restrict our processing, withdraw any consent you have given, and lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@skysoclear.com.
- 9
Cookies
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Our analytics (PostHog) run in cookieless mode, and our bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) does not set cookies either. The only cookies we use are those strictly necessary to keep you signed in if you log into the private areas of our application.
- 10
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Our website is served over HTTPS. We use Supabase for data storage, which provides encrypted storage and access controls.
- 11
Third-party links
Our website may link to third-party sites — for example, if you choose to book a call, you will be taken to Calendly, a scheduling tool with its own privacy policy. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party sites and encourage you to review their privacy policies.
- 12
Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
