Gomi is a sustainability-focused hardware brand with a bold mission: reduce e-waste by creating modular, repairable tech from recycled materials. While their values resonated with customers, they were struggling to convert traffic into sales, especially on their core product pages. Gomi needed to elevate its digital experience to match the innovation of its products, helping users understand the offering and feel confident enough to buy.

We ran a focused design and UX audit, followed by iterative improvements across Gomi’s key product pages. Through user testing and strategic content restructuring, we addressed key drop-off points, clarified product value and aligned messaging more closely with customer motivations. In parallel, we provided the Gomi team with user insights that helped shape their broader marketing strategy. The result: a 500% increase in ‘add to cart’ conversions and a product page experience that reflected both the values and performance of the brand.
