I had to link to this post from Sarah Parmenter, where she talks about pricing in web design. I really suggest you read it here. I think the argument is valid and is a subject I don’t believe is discussed enough in web design.

Price really does affect quality, and charging low rates doesn’t do anything to help raise the professionalism in the web design industry.
